Go to Form: [Report a poisoning] [Report a death] [Request addiction help] [General Feedback]

A comprehensive list of deaths and poisonings related to GHB is being compiled. We are also beginning to refer GHB addicts to appropriate resources for help. GHB deaths and poisonings are severely under-estimated. Reporting deaths related to GHB and its analogs will help to get GHB off the streets. If you do not want to use the form, please send email to: Trinka Porrata with the information requested on the form. Your information will be kept private.

In order to track deaths/poisonings related to GHB, we need complete information. The problem has been that people write and say something like.....my cousin Tony was just 23 and he died last week from GHB. We don't get full names, or just the state (sometimes not even that) or the City the writer is from, but not the City where this person died, etc. Some have been hard to track, and often the email addresses, when included at all, aren't accurate. The more information you can provide, the better we can help. ** We are assuming that you have already made a connection to your local law enforcement and have called the FDA Medline
